Agency Operator Program — Enrollment Agreement (Operator + One Lab, $3,997)
1. What you're enrolling in
You are enrolling in the Agency Operator Program delivered by CēSuite Digital. The package you selected sets your scope: the core program, and any skill lab you added. Skill labs are only available with the core program and are never sold separately.
2. Delivery
Delivery includes 1:1 coaching sessions, systems and software installation support, template and deck access, and ongoing deal support for the agreed term. Sessions are scheduled by mutual availability. Recordings and materials are for your use only.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at enrollment via the secure checkout on the next step. Your seat is confirmed once payment clears.
4. Refunds
If after your first two working sessions you have done the assigned work and it is not a fit, tell me in writing within 30 days of enrollment and we will part ways on good terms. Refunds are not issued for unused access after that window.
5. Your responsibilities
Results depend on your effort, your market and your execution. Nothing here is a guarantee of income, revenue or specific results. You are responsible for your own business, contracts, taxes and compliance.
6. Confidentiality & materials
Templates, decks, scripts, systems and playbooks shared with you are confidential and licensed for your own business. They may not be resold, redistributed or taught as your own program.
7. Conduct
Either party may end the engagement for abusive or unlawful conduct. Fees already earned for delivered work are non-refundable in that case.
8. Agreement
By typing your full legal name below you are signing this agreement electronically, and you confirm that the electronic signature is as binding as a handwritten one.
